You do not need an account, and you do not need the app. You also do not need to know which tape you are in. The event and roughly when it happened is enough for us to find it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
If you can, telling the host is faster than telling us. They can delete the whole tape themselves, which removes the clips, the film and the stills for good.
Deleting your account removes your tapes with it: the clips, the films and the stills go, and that cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep first. We will confirm once it is done.
